Comprehensive Physical & Wellness Assessment

When you work with me, you will receive a 90 minute evaluation that includes a discussion of your specific pain points, establishment of your wellness goals, a comprehensive movement assessment and a personalized wellness plan. I will approach your exam with a discerning eye, focusing on your unique and individualized needs.

Beyond physical function, we will also take a closer look at other factors that influencing your overall wellness; including daily nutritional habits, exercise, sleep and stress management.

My tailored assessments will help you identify your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. This will serve as the foundation for your customized plan.


Construction of a Personalized Plan

From the information obtained within your evaluation, I will construct a personalized health and wellness plan.

Depending on your individualized goals, you will pick a treatment package that will best suit your needs.

A holistic and personalized approach drives purpose and meaning which increases motivation. This is essential to keeping you on the path to success.

Ongoing Accompaniment To Reach Your Goal
